It is cotton alright. Kinda rough though. Need lot of washing to make little soft. Very long that I have to wear wedge sandals. Super puffy too. Also hard to wear it in the car too. So much fabric. But I like it.

This is my second skirt from WeYonestyle. Their skirts are fabulous! These are good quality skirts that match the photos on the posting. My favorite thing about them is the pockets! Completely hidden but large enough to hold my phone and anything else I need to keep on my person. :)
