I truly regret having to write this review. As a long-time Etsy customer, I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review—until now. I hope this experience helps future buyers make informed decisions and encourages the seller to reconsider the importance of excellent customer service and brand integrity. I ordered three dresses from WeYone Style—two were satisfactory, but the third was completely wrong. I asked whether the correct dress was still available, and if not, requested a refund. She acknowledged the mistake and asked me to return the incorrect item for a refund. Here’s the issue: I had to cover the return shipping for an error that was not mine, which cost me $14.85. To make matters worse, the correct dress is still listed on the site, which is misleading; this may be a bait-and-switch tactic.
